Role definition

We work closely with each client to define the position accurately, including its responsibilities, required competencies and employment conditions.

Proactive talent sourcing

Candidate assessment and presentation

We evaluate each candidate's experience, skills and overall suitability through structured interviews and professional assessment. Depending on market availability, we present between one and four carefully selected candidates, each accompanied by their CV and a professional evaluation report, typically within seven days.

Hiring and guarantee

Once the client confirms their hiring decision, the recruitment process is formally completed. For permanent placements, we provide a one-month replacement guarantee at no additional cost should the selected candidate not remain in the position.
